It’s clean , staff are friendly

cleaning of the room was fabulous. specially due to multiple hectic parks we could not arrange stuff but the lady was so nice to meticulously clean it every time.

The hotel staff was SO helpful - even lending me some packing tape! The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen at this price point — there was a pancake machine, some form of eggs (not the standard hard-boiled either), fresh fruit, and a meat product each day. The bed was comfortable and did not have those awful comforter type covers that include the sheet so it’s all or nothing I find nearly everywhere these days. Also there was maid service EVERY day including new towels and made beds. The location was very handy for all the Disney parks (ignore the GPS telling you to get on Irlo Bronson Hwy and make an unprotected u-turn for the Disney parks - just continue 1 block on Irlo Bronson and turn right on Sherberth Rd and follow the updated directions). Also Maingate is a little hard to spot - it’s between the Mermaid Gift Shop with the GIANT mermaid on the front and a ‘Disney Gifts Outlet’ store.

Leo, the night manager, gave us exceptional service on several occasions when we needed an adjustment to our ever-changing itinerary. He really went above and beyond to help us out The housekeepers Maria and Raisbel were so pleasant and had great attitudes always getting us changes of towels when asked and keeping our rooms clean. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the maintenance guys fixed it right away. And the kitchen crew worked hard to keep food out there for the breakfast each morning, and it was always a big crowd for breakfast The daytime managers were also helpful and very courteous. The day we checked in we had come in to the airport early and the day time manager helped us take early occupancy by a couple of hours, a welcome relief!

We are arrived pretty late at the hotel, as we had a delay picking up our rented car at the airport. On getting to the property we met the front desk officer Freddie, who greeted us and welcomed us to the hotel. He was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions. There was also daily cleaning services, towels, bins, and everything is changed on daily basis. Free WiFi was avail Throughout our stay. Location is excellent, about 15mins drive to SeaWorld and about 10mins drive to Disney Animal kingdom. Property is also close to so many eateries and restaurants (all within walking distance). Property is also about 30mins drive to Florida mall where we did most of our personal travel shopping. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this hotel.
